Free Care Assessment

After the initial contact, we will visit you in your own home in the Devon region, or in hospital, to assess your live in care needs. A consultant from our Live in Care Devon team will come to you at your convenience; and together with you, will make a list of your care requirements.

We will review your situation including: medical conditions, your medication, your support needs, nutrition and diet preferences, live in carer accommodation, etc.

With Sunshine Care being here in times of need, we realise that sometimes our help is required as a matter of urgency. The live in care services can be set up swiftly, within 48 hours, if an emergency situation arises at home. Sometimes live in care is needed urgently, not just to cover a holiday period, but also when there is sickness, stress, or some other emergency situation.
