Live in Care Training – Progress Your Care Career With Us
We deliver high quality, up-to-the-minute Live in Care Training to all of our carers, as well as bespoke training packages for organisations and individuals. All of our Live in Care Training is delivered by our experienced in-house trainers.
Our CPD (continuing professional development) ensures that all our live in nurses and carers are trained to an excellent standard, firstly at our own training school, and then their skills and knowledge are developed through appropriate NVQ training and other educational opportunities.
The Care Certificate Programme
All candidates complete the Care Certificate with us, which provides clear evidence to all people who receive care and support that the nurse or live in care worker has been trained and developed to a specific set of 15 standards; and has been assessed for the skills, knowledge and behaviours to ensure that they provide compassionate and high quality care and support. The learning outcomes are described below.

We encourage all clients and locums to ensure that they regularly refresh their Live in Care Training in areas such as: Safer People Handling, Dementia Awareness, Managing Violence and Aggression, Breakaway Techniques, Physical Intervention, Basic Life Support, Safeguarding Adults and Medication Awareness.
All of our live in carers receive a Handbook and Care Certificate completion evidence when they have passed their induction programme.
