Employed Staff

As a live in care agency, regulated by the Care Quality Commission, we employ and train all of our live in carers.

Our staff understand the complex conditions our clients are having to cope with in their daily lives.  Our Nurse Director ensures that our agency complex care services are clinically-led.

24 Hour Support

Your dedicated care coordinator will ensure that your live in care provision meets the high standards we have achieved over the last 20 years.  They will be supervised each week by their care manager.

We provide as much continuity of care as possible by assigning our live in carers for appropriately long periods of time.  As a caring agency we support and guide our carers to enable them to provide the kind of care you need.

Live in Care Advisors

Our advisors are trained to take you through all the care options available.  A care coordinator, responsible for your regional location, will carry out a free care assessment.  They will assess the suitability of our agency service to meet your needs.  They will also supply information about costs and funding.
